1. The user acknowledges and represents that the email address being used for registration belongs to the named individual and is his / hers corporate e-mail belonging to the facility or corporate entity that is being registered.

2. No personal e-mails (e.g. gmail or yahoo) are allowed.

3. The e-mail address and password will not be shared with any other users even within the same facility.

4. The user agrees to respond to monthly emails sent by SOLJEN acknowledging and representing that the user is still employed by the facility or corporate entity being registered.

5. SOLJEN reserves the right to terminate the User's access to SEEK if the monthly emails are not responded to within 10 days.
